Shipping
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment. Shipping and handling for all orders is $10. Items will be shipped UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.
If you need an item faster than ground or are an international buyer:
- Purchase the item(s) as normal
- Email info@thewillowsjewel.com and include your name, phone number, and order number you receive from google.
- Indicate what type of expedited shipping you need in your email - "Overnight", "2 Day", other.
- Expect our call or email to confirm your expedited shipping needs.
- A separate purchase for expedited shipping will follow.
- If we call and/or email you and there is no response or no payment for additional shipping with in 24 hours, we will ship your item UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.
All items are satisfaction guaranteed.
Jewelry
- Why are some items not available to purchase?
- Most pieces are one of a kind or very limited. I personally design and create all of the jewelry at the Willow's Jewel. You can always leave your email address under the heading "Tell Me When This Item Is Available" whenever you come across an item not currently in stock.
- Is there a place where I can view Laura's work in person?
- As we continue to branch out, I will post shows and boutique locations when they become available. You can always inquire about hosting a private jewelry party featuring The Willow's Jewel.
- Can I custom order jewelry?
- Please contact me at info@thewillowsjewel.com to discuss commission work.
- I own a boutique and would love to have The Willow's Jewel in my store.
- Please contact Laura at info@thewillowsjewel.com to receive information regarding consignment and other arrangements.
Ordering
- How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping is $10 per order no matter how large the order.
- Can I return an item?
- All items are satisfaction guaranteed. If you need to return an item for any reason, it must be returned within 1 week of receiving your order. As soon as we receive your returned item undamaged (purchase insurance when returning an item), we will issue a refund for the full amount of the product and 50% of the shipping cost.
- What if I have a question about a specific piece or other questions not answered by this FAQ?
